Instructions
- Step 1:

- Step 4:
- Sprinkle the mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt.
- Step 5:
- Add chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest if desired.
- Step 6:
- Gently press toppings into the yogurt so they adhere.
- Step 7:
- Freeze uncovered for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.

- Remove from freezer, lift the bark onto a cutting board, and break or cut into pieces.
