# How to Make It:
01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a medium bowl until smooth and slightly sweetened.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form a 1/3 inch thick layer.
04 - Distribute mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries if desired.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.
07 - Place uncovered in the freezer for at least 3 hours until completely firm.
08 - Remove from freezer, lift the frozen bark onto a cutting board, and break or slice into pieces.
09 - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
