01 - 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz each)

→ Honey Mustard Glaze

02 - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
03 - 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
04 - 3 tbsp honey
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil
06 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 garlic clove, minced
08 - ½ tsp salt
09 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

10 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease.

03 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

05 - Broil for 8 to 12 minutes, until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
06 - Remove from oven. Optionally sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
